Smallhythe Place National Trust.

Smallhythe Place in Tenterden, Kent. A National Trust property, https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/ which is a Grade 2 listed, half timbered house.

The old ceiling was in need of repair, so we carefully removed the old ceiling, then we fixed new oak riven laths to the joists ready for lime plastering. we then applied two coats of haired lime plaster, with a topcoat of lime plaster. leaving it ready for decoration. The work was  carried out in 2013.
